About Waldo
Waldo Cerdan is is a former Airline Pilot Training/Examiner on Boeing 737-300/900, Airbus A330/A340. As an airline pilot he has more than 15.000 hours of experience on B737, BA146, A330 & A340 aircraft. Based on his professional experience and his academic career, he pursues research in the field of human factors and aviation safety.
He has held different positions as an instructor, including CRM instructor as well as different management functions.
Waldo holds a Master's degree in Philosophy and he is certified as a practitioner in Neurocognitive & Behavioural methods. He has ongoing research in Resilience Development and Decision Making Training methods for pilots.
